　 The researchers are composed of :

1 member for Degree Administration and Subject Evaluation sponsored by State Council; 21 doctor tutors, 2 experts of outstanding contribution at state level; 18 experts of outstanding contribution at provincial and ministry level; 10 technical and academic leaders; 58 enjoying government special allowance;1 honored by China Science and Technology Award for Youth; 3 awarded by Huo Yingdong Educational Fund.

During the recent 10 years, the college has completed more than 200 research subjects. Among those, 191 have passed practical evaluation; 167 are of national, ministerial, or provincial reward; 38 are national or international patents; 31 have been listed into the scientific research results of national promotion program.
